Payment issue

Question:

In reference to the demand note sent to us on 19th February 2020 the building construction permission fees(Item No. 7) the amount demanded is Rs. 1079.00 whereas previous paid amount was Rs. 1918.00 as such as sum of Rs. 839.00 is outstanding on Lucknow Development Authority.
Please refund the amount in my account at the earliest.

You can claim your refund from the respective authority person,as of now the refund facility is not available in this system.
