in this file, filling the common application = general information = nature of construction/case type
in application wrongly way filling option NEW, but my file is case type ( addition & extension ), so pre dcr report is not generated and no option to change the case type......fallow me to change the case type
or if upobpas team technician change the case type...….help me....thanks

Case type never change once its save. Its the primary key of the file.
