15 days passed, but not received any NOC

my file submitted on 28th of april 2020. time given for NOC is 15 days. but till the date, its near a month i've get any NOC's.
how can i further proceed my application.
Answer:
If you didn't got any NOC than you have to go to the concern department to get NOC with the letter you attached . System doesn't generate any NOC automatically.
