add sigature and profile photo for architect registration in vda

Dear Sir/Madam,
My self Architect Ajay Kumar want to add my signature and profile photo but when we trying to add this then system give a massage that (Please Access Console in IE 9 & Above Browser) please help me for this update profile bcs without this i am unable to submit file.

Kindly check the version of Internet Explorer, sign only can add through Internet Explorer nor from any other browser.
