Building Height For Commercial and Office Lowrise Building, permissible height shall be 15.0 mt. {Building Construction and Development By-Laws 2018, 3.4.2 (I)}
Floor Height (1) For any Habitable Floor, minimum Floor height shall be 2.75 mts.{Building Construction and Development By-Laws 2018,}
(2) The plinth of the habitable area of any building shall be at a minimum height of 0.30mts from the established level of the building unit {Building Construction and Development By-Laws 2018, Rule No. 3.6.5, Page 51}
Floor Number For Lowrise Building, Ground plus three floors shall be allowed
