wrong calulation for OTS

Question:

Software has wrongly
calculated the Total proposed Area is
222.36 sq. m .as mentioned in the
drawing OTS not subtracted in the
first & second floor area . from the
Auto cad drawing total proposed area
is 207.44 sq.m. that must be rectified in
the software. As calculation of fees is directly proportional to Area charge for calculation of FAR

Dear Sir,

As per the information provided by you we checked the drawing and found that in this drawing at terrace floor plan no OTS has been drawn that is why OTS area is included in Built up area , this is an drafting error.
